Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Pega Platform implementation, with strong expertise in Pega 8.x.
  • Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in implementing Pega Smart Disputes framework.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres).
  • Experience in integrating Pega applications with external APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Domain expertise in financial services, payments, or credit card processing, with understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Pega LSA concepts or willingness to grow into an architect role.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment models and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise-level applications using Pega 8.x, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate complex business requirements into functional and scalable Pega solutions.
  • Implement and customize Pega Smart Disputes framework for financial services and payment systems.
  • Develop and maintain integration components with external APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
