Peer Tutor
About The Position
Tutors will collaborate with students to assist VUnited Scholars in accomplishing objectives including but not limited to: Review of material presented in class Assistance with assignments Scribe or facilitate with student classroom accommodations Preparation for tests and quizzes Identification and implementation of study methods based on learning styles Support with executive functioning in relation to class materials Tutors will not provide: Materials not yet covered in the course; faculty are the primary purveyors of new information. Tutors reiterate. Feedback on grades earned/potential grades earned Classroom assistance such as attending lab/lecture sessions Grading services for faculty Test proctoring
Responsibilities
