Completed at least one semester at UWSP with at least two semesters remaining Demonstrate a strong grasp of course material and/or written skills as evidenced by a 3.0 GPA or above and/or a faculty recommendation letter. Available to tutor for at least two semesters Willing to work with peers in a collaborative, inclusive learning environment Enjoy helping others learn What are the expectations of this position? Provide tutoring and support in one of our service areas Assist learners in the development of effective study skills and test-taking strategies Learn and continually apply TLC and tutoring program procedures Regularly check staff email and communicate with other staff members Attend required orientations, meetings, and training sessions
