This is a dynamic, team-based role that blends elements of peer support, crisis intervention, and personalized care coordination – all while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. If you're ready to make a difference, this is the job for you! The Peer Support Specialist should have lived experience. The Parent, Grandparent, or Guardian's lived experience is having a child/grandchild/or family member whom you have raised with a mental health diagnosis. You would assist our parents/grandparents/guardians in navigating systems in the community, access and utilize services, etc you may have for your child. This is a community based position, meeting parents in the setting most comfortable for them. Must have your own reliable transportation.
