Requirements

  • Education: BSN required; ADN with strong experience considered. Master’s preferred.
  • Licensure: Current Missouri RN license.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a management role; 3 years in Behavioral Health preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and organization
  • Service-driven mindset and team-focused approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead Daily Operations: Plan, supervise, and monitor clinic activities to ensure smooth and efficient care delivery.
  • Manage and Develop Staff: Hire, onboard, coach, evaluate, and support staff. Step in when coverage is needed.
  • Be the Clinical Point Person: Serve as the main liaison for both internal teams and outside partners.
  • Drive Excellence in Care: Oversee quality, compliance, education, and performance for your service line.
  • Support Financial Health: Help manage budgets and financial performance.
  • Promote Growth: Support marketing efforts and help grow the service line’s reach and reputation.
  • Champion Improvement: Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold safety and regulatory standards across all operations.
  • Be a Role Model: Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Adapt and Grow: Stay flexible in a dynamic environment, and continuously develop your skills and leadership.
