Peer Success Manager Location - Brentwood, TN We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills to guide and support our clients (partners) in our industry-specific peer group. Success in this role is Moderate accountability meetings with “Pods”. Each Pod has 8-10 partners. Ensure partners are prepared, attending, and actively participating in accountability meetings. Ensuring partners are prepared, attending, and actively participating in quarterly meetings. (3 in-person and 1 virtual) (for TP) Ensure partners are holding their own quarterly business planning meetings (Virtual) Conduct quarterly, “Strategic Alignment” meetings with all partners. Assist with inbound support requests from partners as needed Act as a liaison to appropriate resources (people and materials) within the programs. Attend additional in-person workshops as needed. “Own” the relationship with the partner.

Requirements

  • Communication skills- presenting, teaching, customer service, scheduling, and general communication with partners and colleagues
  • Fast typing and note-taking
  • Persistence and follow through
  • Organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the MSP industry is helpful but not required
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Calendly, Zoom, and Microsoft Suite is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Guide partners through one-on-one meetings to train on peer systems and processes
  • Set appropriate expectations for partners regarding peer and what success looks like in our program
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of the program as it continues to scale
  • Be knowledgeable about all TMT and Kaseya products related to Peer and Sales/Marketing
  • Serve as reference point for partner questions about Operational Framework / Sales Framework / Marketing Framework
  • Manage partners participation and adoption of program and peer group
  • Travel to quarterly meetings and network with partners in addition to providing logistical assistance
  • Encourage partners to understand the TruMethods/TMT frameworks. Leverage our library of video lessons and content. Also, drive attendance to webinars that will help partners grow their business.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for partner interactions
  • Create fans of the program.
