The Young Adult Peer Mentor works as part of the Empowering Families for Success (EFS) team to complete the assessment process with young adults, up to age 21, who are looking for EFS services. The YAPM will report directly to a member of the EFS’s leadership team. PART-TIME 20 HOURS PER WEEK / Must be flexible with schedule and able to meet client needs. Must be available on Wednesday between 10am-2pm. Client sessions typically start after 2pm.
