About The Position
The Peer Specialist Supervisor will provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to the UC Health Mobile Crisis Team’s Peer Specialists. This role combines direct service delivery with administrative and supervisory responsibilities. The Peer Specialist Supervisor will support peers in high-acuity behavioral health settings, ensure fidelity to the peer model, and promote quality service delivery across community, ED, PES, and 988 crisis response settings.
