A Peer Recovery Coach is a person who fulfills a unique role in the support and recovery of Arcadia Trails patients. Works alongside individuals in recovery to build rapport and develop relationships, offers emotional encouragement and practical assistance during treatment, and provides guidance and information on community resources. Serves as a liaison with the clinical staff. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.
