EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 79,000 people through 120 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a dedicated full time Peer Mentor to join our Manhattan Diversion Courts Case Management & Recovery Support Services program! Salary: $26 per hour Schedule: 9AM-5PM, Monday- Friday Location: 60 Lafayette Street Room 3A1 in New York City Primary Purpose of Job: The Peer Mentor’s primary job responsibilities are to provide peer support, advocacy, and linkage services to individuals enrolled in the program. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and be willing to use their lived experience to help others who are seeking recovery from substance use issues. The Peer Mentor will work as a fully integrated team member providing culturally responsive peer recovery support services to individuals in the Brooklyn misdemeanor treatment court program.
