We are seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a pediatric focus to join our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) care team. This role provides comprehensive, team-based primary care to infants, children, and adolescents in a community health setting that serves patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to health equity, trauma-informed care, and whole-child wellness, and is passionate about supporting families through preventive care, early intervention, and chronic disease management.
