About The Position

Pediatrician Join a well established non-profit community health center in Tallahassee, FL, supporting a diverse underserved population. Currently 12 providers within a full service center providing primary care, behavioral health, dentistry, and pharmacy onsite. Outstanding leadership willing to mentor and offer guidance. Proximity to Tallahassee International Airport. Florida has no state tax ! Outpatient clinic (4.5 day schedule with half day Friday for charting). Dedicated staff including a Pediatric NP, Pediatric Case Manager, Pediatric Behavioral Health provider and Pediatric Dentist along with solid medical support staff. EMR is Athena EHB. Requirements: BE/BC in Pediatrics FL license, or eligible Community Health experience, or interest desired Bilingual (Spanish) a bonus (not required) Compensation: Guaranteed base salary Loan Forgiveness eligible NHSC or PSLF Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance ($5k) Robust PTO (2 weeks/annually) plus ((12 federal holidays) Comprehensive health, dental, vision plans; life insurance Retirement (starts day one) 5% employer contribution Teaching stipend CME (one week/$3500 annually) Community: Tallahassee is the state capital.
