Pediatric Urgent Care Family Physician/Pediatricians
About The Position
Goodside Health is committed to transforming pediatric healthcare by providing in-person urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and SchoolMed services for children in K-12 schools across Texas. Our mission is to ensure equitable access to high-quality care for all children. We are looking for dedicated and innovative Family Physicians or Pediatricians to join our Pediatric Urgent Care team. In this role, you will collaborate with medical directors and site physicians to provide age-appropriate care following established protocols. Key responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment initiation, independent decision-making, and supervision of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs). Available Opportunities in the Houston Region DFW West (Hulen, Mansfield, Arlington, Alliance): Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Physician or Pediatrician, with a focus on pediatric care.
- Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, and reduction of nursemaid's elbow.
- Familiarity with OSHA and CLIA guidelines, confidentiality, and office systems.
- Current, valid, and unencumbered medical license from the Texas Medical Board.
- PALS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
