About The Position

Support Arbor Therapy's multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team in Mesa as a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist supporting children and families in our outpatient clinic. Arbor Therapy provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy services designed to help children reach meaningful developmental milestones. Our team believes in a collaborative, strengths-based approach, working closely with families and other therapy professionals to create individualized care plans that support each child's growth and independence. As our AAC program continues to expand, we are excited to welcome clinicians who are passionate about supporting communication through innovative tools and strategies. This PRN role offers flexible, as-needed scheduling and the opportunity to support our Mesa clinic team while delivering high-quality pediatric therapy services.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Arizona Department of Health Services
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or interest in feeding therapy
  • Experience with AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication)
  • Bilingual skills

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and feeding disorders in a pediatric outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust therapy strategies to support optimal outcomes
  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support skill development outside of therapy sessions
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational and physical therapists
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of therapy services
  • Provide mentorship or supervision for students or assistants, as needed
