About The Position

Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
- Current in-person CPR certification
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in the home setting
- Work closely with families to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care
