About The Position

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for children and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy, as well as augmentative and alternative communication. Pediatric Physical Therapist Full-Time Opportunity w/ $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!! Bring therapy directly into children’s homes and help them grow, gain independence, and thrive! We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric PT to provide in-home therapy, helping children improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional skills. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT or equivalent)
Physical Therapy License from the State of Texas
One year’s experience preferred
Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, motor, cognitive, and functional development
Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices and train families on proper use in daily routines
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, holistic care
