The Pediatric Physical Therapist is a full-time, hourly position responsible for providing evaluation, treatment, and ongoing care for children from birth through age 18. This role focuses on improving functional mobility, strength, coordination, and independence through evidence-based physical therapy services. Therapists at The Therapy Place work with a wide range of diagnoses, including gross motor delays, neuromuscular and developmental disorders, orthopedic conditions, and mobility limitations. You will develop individualized plans of care, provide hands-on treatment, and collaborate closely with families to support carryover into home and community environments. This position offers the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and support staff. Therapists may also collaborate within the Bridges School program, supporting an integrated therapy and education model. This is a full-time, hourly role with consistent scheduling and the opportunity to earn overtime based on caseload and clinic needs. In addition to competitive hourly compensation, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including partially company-paid medical insurance and fully employer-paid dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance. The role also includes paid time off and a retirement plan with a company match of 50% of employee contributions up to 5%. Ongoing professional development, mentorship, and continuing education are supported as part of the role.
