About The Position
BAYADA is a nonprofit organization seeking passionate Per Diem, Part Time, or Full Time Physical Therapists (PT) to join their Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. The organization focuses on delivering exceptional care to children and empowering families, believing therapists deserve support, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a difference. Therapists can set their own schedules and choose their geographic coverage area, with options for Part-Time (25+ visits/week) or Per Diem (5 visits/week) roles. BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability, and is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
- NER-DE
Nice To Haves
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
- Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
