About The Position

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on therapy while building relationships with children and families, improving lives, and advancing your career in a supportive, team-driven environment. Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges. We focus on helping children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through evidence-based, child-centered care that supports developmental milestones.

Requirements

  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for working with children and delivering family-centered care
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered therapy

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy to children with developmental and neurological diagnoses
  • Develop treatment plans focused on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence
  • Use play-based and child-led interventions to support engagement and progress
  • Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
  • Partner closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
