Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master’s degree)
  • Licensed as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s physical development, mobility, and strength
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing motor skills, balance, and coordination
  • Provide therapy in home and clinic settings while building strong relationships with families
  • Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and service coordinators to ensure holistic care
  • Educate caregivers on strategies to support their child’s physical progress at home
  • Maintain clear, compliant documentation of progress, goals, and outcomes
