Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master’s degree)
- Licensed as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of children’s physical development, mobility, and strength
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing motor skills, balance, and coordination
- Provide therapy in home and clinic settings while building strong relationships with families
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and service coordinators to ensure holistic care
- Educate caregivers on strategies to support their child’s physical progress at home
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation of progress, goals, and outcomes
