We are currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve children ages birth to three in Green Lake County 1–2 days per week. This flexible, part-time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact during a child’s most critical developmental years. You will partner with families to support functional skills, sensory regulation, feeding, fine motor development, and participation in daily routines within the child’s natural environment. Requirements

  • Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric and/or Birth to 3 experience preferred
  • Strong communication and family-coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passion for supporting young children and their families

Responsibilities

  • Conduct developmental occupational therapy evaluations for infants and toddlers
  • Develop individualized IFSP-aligned treatment plans
  • Provide direct early intervention services in natural environments (home and/or community settings)
  • Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care development, feeding, play skills, and functional participation
  • Coach and educate families to support skill development within daily routines
  • Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members
  • Complete documentation in accordance with county and state guidelines
