About The Position

This exciting full-time opportunity is primarily outpatient-based, with some Birth to 3 support, giving you the best of both worlds—clinic creativity and early intervention impact. Join our team Monday through Thursday, (three evenings in the clinic until 6:00 PM) allowing for long weekends and a schedule that supports work–life balance! Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, evidence-informed therapy sessions
- Address sensory processing, regulation, fine motor skills, ADLs, feeding, and functional participation
- Collaborate with families using coaching strategies
- Maintain documentation and communicate with team members to ensure coordinated care
