Our highest demand is after school/evenings, with current hours Tuesday and Wednesday, 3–8 p.m., adjustable for the right candidate. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
  • CPR and first aid certification required

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer 1-2 years pediatric experience but will consider new grad or ortho therapist with strong interest in pediatrics

Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering play-based, developmentally appropriate interventions that promote functional gains and engage each child in the therapy process
  • Partnering with families through education, guidance, and encouragement to support carryover and progress at home
  • Timely documentation
  • Continuously assessing each child’s response to intervention, making data-driven adjustments to maximize outcomes
  • Collaborating closely with the care team, both within physical therapy and across disciplines, to coordinate and refine individualized treatment plans.
