Check us out: https://www.marybridge.org/services/rehabilitation-physical-therapy/occupational-therapy/ FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary The Occupational Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy. With varied and dynamic day-to-day functions, you will apply your service orientation, analysis and good judgment toward ensuring comprehensive occupational therapy care for patients.
Requirements
- State of Washington Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum one (1) year of previous experience in occupational therapy preferred
Responsibilities
- You will perform well in stress and emergency situations
- You will perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment
- You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed
- You will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate
- You will communicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients
