Location: UnityPoint Health Clinic- Prairie Parkway- Cedar Falls, Iowa Shift: 40 hours/week, Variable from Mon-Thur 7-6p; Fri 7-4pm We're seeking an Occupational T herapist to join our team! Requirements

Graduate of accredited educational program in occupation al therapy is required
Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Iowa as defined in the Iowa Occupational Therapy Regulation and Practice Act
BLS Certification
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons

Nice To Haves

Master's degree is preferred
1 year of clinical experien ce as an Occupational Therapist is preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluates and treats patients in need of occupation al therapy services and participates in an d provides all necessary components o f this responsibility including c ompletion of proper evaluation, creation of a treatment plan, and completion of treatment sessions per established treatment plans
Produces appropriate documentation and billing in compliance with all third party payor and regulato ry guidelines
Provides ov ersite and supervision of certified occupation al therapist assistants an d other support personnel
Completes appropriate communication with all patients, caregivers, fellow staff, and referring providers/clinicians
