About The Position

Kidzoola Therapy Center is seeking a part-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our beautiful, collaborative, therapist-owned clinic in Missoula, Montana. We believe kids learn best when they’re happy, engaged, and intrinsically motivated, and we bring that philosophy to every session. Our therapy looks like play, but is deeply rooted in evidence-based practice, thoughtful planning, and strong relationships with caregivers. This role is ideal for an OT looking for part-time after-school hours. While Tuesdays and Thursdays are preferred, we’re open to the right candidate and schedule fit, with the opportunity to increase hours as the caseload grows. Requirements

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Montana (or ability to obtain)
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
  • Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide engaging, play-based therapy in clinic and via teletherapy
  • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teammates
  • Complete documentation clearly and promptly (daily notes, evaluations, progress notes)
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
  • Engage in ongoing professional development
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
