Rehab Resources is seeking a dedicated OTR to join our Birth-to-Three (B-3) Early Intervention team, providing services across Marinette and Oconto Counties This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple communities, creating meaningful impact for children and families while maintaining flexibility and balance. Responsibilities
- Conducting developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers in home and community settings
- Identifying delays in fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-help skills, play skills, and overall functional development
- Creating individualized, family-centered treatment plans
- Providing hands-on B-3 early intervention services within natural environments
- Coaching families and caregivers to support development using everyday routines
- Recommending adaptive strategies, tools, and interventions
- Collaborating with service coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in IFSP meetings and progress reviews
- Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
