Rehab Resources is seeking a dedicated OTR to join our Birth-to-Three (B-3) Early Intervention team, providing services across Marinette and Oconto Counties This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple communities, creating meaningful impact for children and families while maintaining flexibility and balance. Responsibilities

  • Conducting developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers in home and community settings
  • Identifying delays in fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-help skills, play skills, and overall functional development
  • Creating individualized, family-centered treatment plans
  • Providing hands-on B-3 early intervention services within natural environments
  • Coaching families and caregivers to support development using everyday routines
  • Recommending adaptive strategies, tools, and interventions
  • Collaborating with service coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in IFSP meetings and progress reviews
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
