About The Position

Therapitas has served Spanish-speaking families in Oklahoma since 2015 with one mission: ensuring Spanish-speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child. If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist looking for a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, we want to talk to you. We’re hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Tulsa. We provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation)
Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain
Passion for working with children and families
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
Mission-driven approach to care

Nice To Haves

Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
Document evaluations and findings in our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer requirements.
