We’re hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. We provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. Common diagnoses include developmental delay, sensory processing challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other genetic or neurological conditions.

Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (or expected graduation)
Oklahoma OT license or eligibility to obtain
New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
Provide skilled intervention to support fine and visual motor skills, sensory processing challenges, executive functioning, and overall functional independence.
Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical presentation.
Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements.
Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy students.
