This role supports care plans involving enteral feeding and specialized medical nutrition, working closely with clinicians, dietitians, and DME suppliers to ensure continuity of care. By monitoring adherence, supply continuity, and clinical changes, the representative supports families through transitions of care and growth-related changes while delivering coordinated, high-quality support. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, college coursework a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Outlook & Excel
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain, organize and present information
- Ability to handle multiple tasks as assigned.
- Licensed RN, dietitian, or clinical professional
- Experience in pediatrics, nutrition support, or complex care
- Strong care coordination and family engagement skills
