Requirements
- Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license with a pediatric focus
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a community or outpatient setting
- Current DEA certification without restriction
- Eligible to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer programs
Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care services including well-child visits, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Conduct developmental screenings, health education, and preventive care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, family-centered care
