About The Position
BayCare Medical Group, the leading physician-led medical group in the Tampa Bay area, is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join a Pediatric Neurology team based in Tampa, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a dedicated group of experienced pediatric neurologists and physician assistants who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Highlights A full time, outpatient-only role with no inpatient responsibilities Phone call only Opportunity to care for a diverse and interesting patient population Support from a knowledgeable and engaged clinical and administrative staff Strong mentorship from seasoned pediatric neurology providers
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (PNP/FNP) or Physician Assistant in the state of Florida (or eligibility)
- Experience in pediatrics, neurology, or related specialty strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care
