The Golisano Children’s Hospital Pediatric Mobile Clinic is a pioneering initiative that delivers high-quality primary pediatric care throughout the City of Rochester using an innovative 38-foot mobile clinic. This Registered Nurse (RN) position involves providing direct, evidence-based nursing care in a dynamic community setting. A strong interest in community partnerships and adapting clinical care to the needs of the community is essential. Requirements

• Minimum of two years of pediatric nursing experience
• Exceptional clinical judgment
• Communication skills
• Flexibility
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and cultural humility

Responsibilities

• Accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards, under the direction of leadership.
• Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.
• Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services.
• Assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care in a dynamic community setting.
• Hold responsibility as the primary site coordinator for the Vaccines for Children program.
