About The Position

Valley View hospital is looking for a Nurse Leader to step into an Outpatient setting to utilize their clinical and management skills to enhance the seamless delivery of quality care within the practice. This is a full-time position! $8,000 sign on bonus for a two-year, full-time commitment to Valley View. (Internal candidates not eligible for bonus). Come join our Peds Team! Work in an Outpatient setting to utilize your clinical and management skills to enhance the seamless delivery of quality care within the Peds Clinic. Supervisor will supervise the day-to-day clinical operations of a physician practice, oversee clinical staff members, be responsible for clinical staff training, monitoring and maintaining clinical staff competencies, monitoring clinical integration, support physician schedules, and ensure efficient patient flow through the practice. This is a working supervisor position, so this role will be providing direct patient care as necessary to help the team. May involve occasional travel to outreach clinics. Requirements

  • Current Colorado RN license (DORA); or eligibility to obtain
  • 2 years post graduate experience as an RN
  • 2 years supervisory experience in a direct-line supervisory position preferred
  • Substantial work exposure to ambulatory care is preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
  • Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
