About The Position
As a Pediatric Home Health LVN , you’ll provide one-on-one, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. You’ll transform homes into healing spaces, support families, and help children thrive in a compassionate, family-centered environment.
Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric care experience
- Proficiency in trach and ventilator care
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
