Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring skilled Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for one-on-one home care cases in New Hartford and nearby Litchfield County towns, including Torrington, Winsted, and Canton. If you have strong pediatric experience and enjoy providing personalized care in a home setting, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values your skills and supports your schedule. We offer a variety of cases with flexible 6–12 hour day and overnight shifts, giving you the ability to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Nurses with trach and ventilator experience are highly encouraged to apply. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric LPN experience (required)
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Hands-on pediatric care experience (trach/vent preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Up-to-date medical compliance (physical, PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray)
