Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse
About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is currently seeking experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for pediatric patients in New Hartford and surrounding Litchfield County towns , including Torrington, Winsted, and Canton. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are confident in pediatric care and looking for flexible, consistent per diem work in a supportive home care setting. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is strongly preferred. We offer a range of cases with daytime and overnight shifts (6–12 hours) , allowing you to build a schedule that works for you.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric LPN experience (required)
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Current BLS certification (pediatric experience preferred)
- Comfortable with hands-on pediatric care (trach/vent experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Current medical compliance (physical, PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray)
