About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring skilled Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support pediatric cases across Litchfield County, including Torrington, New Milford, Watertown, and surrounding communities. If you have hands-on pediatric experience and are confident providing one-on-one care, we want to connect with you. Nurses with trach and ventilator experience are highly valued. We offer flexible scheduling with both day and overnight shifts, allowing you to take on cases that fit your availability. Requirements
- At least 1 year of pediatric LPN experience (required)
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Current BLS certification (Pediatric preferred)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Up-to-date medical requirements (physical, PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray)
