Position Highlights Lead and coordinate the training program for pharmacy technicians and pharmacists, ensuring consistent onboarding and skill development. Provide hands-on training to staff within sterile and non-sterile compounding, hazardous compounding, and workflow processes. Maintain and track all training compliance documentation, ensuring readiness for audits and regulatory requirements. Develop and update clear, step-by-step workflow documents to support accuracy, safety, and standardization across the department. Supervise and support a small team of direct reports, helping guide performance and professional growth. Staff as a pediatric pharmacist or a trainer for at least 70% of the time, maintaining a close connection to the frontline workflow and staying current on departmental processes and implementations.
