About The Position

Cook Children's (in Fort Worth, TX) is accepting applications for a part-time inpatient pediatric physician to join our growing team as part of our 29-person hospitalist group. The hospitalist group attends to the vast majority of general pediatric admissions and also works closely with the 30+ medical specialties at Cook Children’s. There is close collaboration with a robust advanced practice team who assist with both admissions and overnight cross-coverage.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required.
• American Heart Association BLS and PALS.
• Unrestricted Texas Medical license (must obtain prior to start date)
• Must have successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved residency for pediatrics.
• Board certified/Board Eligible in their specialty area.
