Requirements
- Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
- Active BLS certification
- Valid drivers license
- reliable transportation commuting to patient location
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of healthcare experience (tracheostomy / ventilator)
Responsibilities
- Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve
- Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider
- Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime)
