Requirements

  • Current Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required; pediatric, urgent care, or family medicine experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
  • Experience with EHR systems; Epic experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care for children with non-emergency illnesses and minor injuries
  • Perform timely evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans in a pediatric-focused Express Care setting
  • Educate parents and caregivers on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up needs
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
