About The Position
The REACH Pediatric Research Team, located on Edgehill Road in Charlotte, NC, partners closely with specialty pediatric physicians at Levine Children's Hospital to advance clinical research for children with rare diseases. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. Ideal nursing candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence, nursing excellence, and adaptability. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Current BLS certification
- 3-5 years of nursing experience preferred
Nice To Haves
- BSN Preferred
- Previous research experience preferred
- Certification in clinical research (SoCRA, ACRP) preferred.
