About the Role: We are seeking a CFY Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (ages 0–18) in Aurora, CO . You’ll support children’s communication, language, and feeding development through individualized therapy delivered in their natural home environment. $5,000 Sign on Bonus Compensation & Scheduling: Competitive Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per routine visit Start of Care Visits (SOC): $50.00 - $60.00 per SOC vist Full-Time Caseload: 25+ visits per week Flexible Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while meeting your professional goals

Requirements

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) by ASHA or eligibility to obtain it
  • Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in the state of Colorado or eligibility to obtain it
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in Speech Language Pathology is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy for speech, language, articulation, fluency, feeding, and swallowing
  • Educate families and caregivers to promote therapy carryover at home
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health guidelines
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
