The Pediatric Cardiac Implantable Device (PCID) Nurse serves as a clinical specialist providing advanced clinical expertise focusing exclusively on pediatric cardiac implantable devices within the Primary Children’s Heart Center. This role provides specialized device evaluation and management, patient and family education, triage, interdisciplinary coordination and collaboration, and data management. The PCID Nurse serves as a proactive clinical leader, supporting high-quality care, standardization of device protocols, and continuous improvement within this specialty area. Because this role combines a unique mix of skills, we will partner with the successful candidate to build and strengthen their capabilities through education and hands-on learning.” The Heart Center At Intermountain Children’s Health, we’re better together.
