About The Position

Client Relationship Consultants build trust-based relationships with customers by meeting face-to-face to provide counsel, assess banking needs, and process account information. They educate clients on deposit and loan products and services, recommending financial solutions tailored to individual goals. Responsibilities also include originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and managing branch opening and closing procedures. This position is part-time, working less than 20 hours per week during peak business times in a branch. The role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, which includes criminal background and credit checks. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS requirements may lead to offer rescission or employment termination.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of customer service experience
  • One to three years of sales experience
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including a criminal background and credit check

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them when and where they need to provide the best possible counsel
