Requirements

Experience with manufacturing processes and working in a production environment
Experience with engineering tools, systems and databases
Ability to execute a variety of tasks with autonomy
Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and experience working on a team
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology Discipline or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

Experience with shop floor documentation (Sequence of Events, Labor Standards, and Operator Methods Sheets)
Experience using Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP) and John Deere Assembly Assist Tool (JDAAT)
Demonstrated project management capabilities

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and perform manufacturing engineering work for the F10 Project at Tractor Operations
Transition to Drivetrain Assembly OFP ME late FY26 post F10 LPB completion
Accommodate 3rd-shift production support once transitioned to Drivetrain Assembly OFP ME
