About The Position

The PDM Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance for the Aras Innovator platform. Duties include providing support and training for end users, troubleshooting errors and documenting solutions using the IT ticketing system. The technician will also assist with system customization and development using Aras configuration as well as C# and JavaScript. Advancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.
