About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Progressive Care / Intermediate Care Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care environment. This role focuses on pre-operative and post-operative patients requiring close monitoring, cardiac-focused care, and timely clinical interventions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last year) acute care PCU experience
• Consideration given for: Recent acute care ER RN experience, or 3 years of recent acute care Med-Surg experience
• Active Florida RN license or compact multistate RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating)
• RN Diploma or Associate Degree (BSN not required)
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification required within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments on admission and throughout each shift
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and evaluate patient response
• Perform ordered procedures and document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain proficiency with cardiac and medical-surgical medications, procedures, and equipment
• Advocate for patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes
