About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking PACU Registered Nurse for an exciting job in Panama City, Florida.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care PACU RN experience (within the past year) – Required
• Active Florida RN license (Compact license accepted; must obtain FL license within 60 days)
• ADN or Diploma in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
• BLS within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Critical Care background strongly preferred
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive post-anesthesia recovery care for surgical patients
• Manage airway support and perform continuous neurological and cardiac monitoring
• Deliver initial wound care and promptly address complications or adverse reactions
• Collaborate closely with surgical and anesthesia teams to maintain patient stability
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition throughout recovery
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care, medications, and discharge planning
